These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Pakbat platform. Please read them carefully before using any part of this website. By accessing Pakbat, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
Pakbat is an online sports betting and casino information platform serving the Pakistan market. All content on this platform is provided in the English language for informational and entertainment purposes. Pakbat does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution.
Gambling activities are subject to legal restrictions in Pakistan, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users are solely responsible for understanding the laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction before accessing or participating in any gambling-related activity through this platform.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Pakbat platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms. Defined terms appear in title case when used in the body of this Agreement.

| Applicable Law | All laws, regulations, statutes and ordinances applicable to the User in their jurisdiction of residence or access, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) where relevant. |

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must:
Pakbat reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or permanent closure without prejudice to any other rights Pakbat may have.
Minors: Pakbat takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that an Account belongs to or has been accessed by a person under the applicable minimum age, that Account will be immediately suspended and any funds may be withheld pending investigation.
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Pakbat shall not be liable for any loss, damage or unauthorised activity arising from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful and current. You are required to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Pakbat may require identity verification before processing deposits, withdrawals or bonus activations. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA or a valid Pakistani passport. Additional documents such as proof of address or a recent utility bill may be requested. All documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS-verified upload portal. Never submit identity documents through unverified chat, email or third-party links.
Access to and use of the Pakbat Platform is subject to the following conditions. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable rules, policies and guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.
The Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party, corporate entity or commercial syndicate.
You must not use false, misleading or automated means to interact with the Platform. This includes but is not limited to: bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools and scraping mechanisms deployed without Pakbat's prior written consent.
Any communication directed to Pakbat or other Users through Platform channels must be respectful, truthful and lawful. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory or defamatory communications are strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all Applicable Laws in your jurisdiction. Pakbat makes no representation that the services described are lawful in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan. This is not legal advice.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier. Pakbat does not guarantee that any specific payment method will be available at any given time.
Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to: (a) full KYC verification being complete; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds being satisfied; (c) the payout method being registered in the same name as your verified Account; and (d) the Account being in good standing with no outstanding compliance review.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected payment method and operator workload. Pakbat does not guarantee specific processing windows. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) may take 1–5 business days from operator approval. Mobile wallet transfers (where available) may be faster, subject to provider processing.
All displayed amounts are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by the operator and payment processors and may include fees.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered on the Platform are subject to specific promotional terms published at the time of the offer. The following general bonus conditions apply unless superseded by specific promotional terms.
All bets are subject to acceptance by the operator. Pakbat reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of system errors, manifest odds errors or suspicious wagering patterns.
If a bet is placed at odds or on terms that were manifestly incorrect due to a human error, technical fault or data feed failure, Pakbat reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes, or to settle bets at the correct price at its discretion.
In-play (live) betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis. Odds are subject to rapid change and suspension. Bets placed after an event's outcome is known — whether due to feed delay or otherwise — may be voided by the operator without compensation.
Pakbat covers a range of sports markets, including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football (domestic and international), UFC/MMA and other live sports. Market availability is subject to change and operator discretion at all times.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Pakbat reserves the right to close any Account involved in prohibited conduct, forfeit associated balances, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities as appropriate.
All content, design, software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images and other materials available on the Pakbat Platform are the exclusive property of Pakbat or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, creation of derivative works or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without Pakbat's prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of Pakbat's Intellectual Property constitutes an infringement of applicable law and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
Without limiting the foregoing, Pakbat assumes no liability for:
Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by Applicable Law.
Pakbat may suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) Pakbat reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity; (c) you fail to complete KYC requirements within the requested timeframe; or (d) Pakbat is required to do so by Applicable Law or a competent authority.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any outstanding bonus wagering requirements or pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with these Terms prior to final closure.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Prohibited Conduct, Governing Law and any other provisions that by their nature survive termination shall continue in full force.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. For Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan, this does not override any mandatory provisions of Applicable Pakistani Law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to the competent courts of the operator's jurisdiction. Nothing herein prevents Pakbat from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
Pakbat reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, Pakbat will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via in-platform notification or email to the address on record.
The "Effective Date" and "Last Reviewed" fields at the top of this page reflect the current version. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure via support.
